We have provided a rundown of the potential media opportunities/story angles that you may be interested in covering during this Tulsa “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” build.

A few general Media Notes:

  • During the weeklong building process, media can drop off reporters & photographers near the build site but parking for vehicles is limited. Please see the attached site and parking maps.
  • Open access to the construction site and photos INSIDE the home during construction WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
  • Waller & Company PR will work to accommodate any interview requests, but it would be wise for media covering the build to call the Waller PR offices at

(918) 587-1909 in advance and schedule interviews. We will have Waller staff on-site in the Media Tent every day during the build.

My family and I are so impressed with what you and the contractors have done for this family. We watch on TV the show every Sunday, but when it is this close to home it is real and very touching to be so giving in that way. Thank you

I was curious how can someone sign up to have their home fixed up? and what are the qualifications, and if you do it often? I just found out on my facebook, about the project taking off soon. We could use help, Our home is very poorly insulated, and sooo cold in the winter, electricity does not meet specks, and we have lost our electricity for the past three years, during insanley critical times. Our home does need extreme help especially since my husband was diagnosed with caner the beginning of last year. I am currently taking care of him and our 2 year old. He actually use to do construction and home remoldeling. Anyways just curious. Thanks for your time, and some family sure is going to be blessed!
